In 1996, Forest River founder Peter Liegl had a vision. He foresaw an RV company dedicated to helping people experience the joy of the outdoors by building better recreational vehicles. After purchasing certain assets of Cobra Industries, the Company started manufacturing pop-up tent campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels and park models. Continually growing, Forest River now operates multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the United States producing Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up tent campers, truck campers, park model trailers, destination trailers, cargo trailers, commercial vehicles, buses, pontoons, and mobile restroom trailers.

2023 Chalet XL-1920
The XL 1920 A-frame trailer adds ample sleep or storage space with the addition of a bunk bed to the standard features of our XL line such as 8’ of headroom, large galley, bathroom with optional central shower, and residential height counter tops. In addition to our convertible queen size dinette, our bunk bed offers a window for the lower bunk, a 46-inch bed width, and a 24-inch lower bunk ceiling height. The XL line of trailers maintains the essence of an A-frame trailer, a self contained folding trailer with large storage, low maintenance, easy towing, and quick set up with our Patented Electronic Roof Lift System. Optional Wet Bath and Dormer are also available.
